There is so much nostalgia in your photos. It takes me back to where I grew up in the country and we had breathtaking sunsets like this almost every night. Beautiful work. Thank you for sharing it.
First, I'm only offering my feedback on this because you said it's welcomed.
I love the light....no doubt.
But the photo as a whole is kind of....pointless. I don't get what you're trying to convey as a message in this - it's a loose configuration of empty branches backlit by a golden sunset.
I realize that it's received hundreds of favs, and it's certainly eye-catching at first. It just doesn't lead to more. Maybe another focal point on something more specific?
First, thank you so much for your words and time you spent on writing this, I really appreciate it!
I agree that besides the light, focus and colors the photo as a whole may look like pointless for many people, but I can't say that it's just a loose configuration of empty branches backlit by a golden sunset. In my opinion there's beauty all around us, even in the old and empty branches...
If you look closer on the photo you can see that there is still snow on the branches so it's kind of hopeful thanks to the sun and this light. Those empty branches will be green again, when the real spring comes. That's maybe the whole message in it?
The photo itself isn't perfect, I admit it, and it simply shows that photography is nothing less than just a hobby for me
It let's me lean back and dreaming.....
I think it's a really good work!
